• Gift cards can be redeemed in-store at both the Johnson City, TN and Abingdon, VA locations only.
  They cannot be used towards an online purchase.
• Gift cards will be delivered 3-6 business days via USPS in the contiguous 48 states.
• Gift cards are non-refundable.
• Gift cards are processed Monday-Friday until 5pm. If an order is placed over the weekend, please allow until Monday morning for the order to be processed.
