This policy applies to ammunition purchases made through MahoneySports.com. By placing an ammunition order, the customer agrees to the terms below and confirms that all information provided during checkout is accurate, complete, and truthful.

If my order contains ammunition, I certify that I am at least 21 years old, that I am legally permitted to purchase, possess, and receive ammunition at the shipping address provided, and that my order does not violate any federal, state, or local law. I understand that ammunition orders are subject to review and may be held, delayed, refused, or canceled at Mahoney’s Outfitters’ discretion.”
Incomplete Agreement Error Message:
“Please review and accept the Ammunition Shipping & Order Policy before placing your order. Ammunition orders cannot be completed unless the customer certifies legal eligibility and agrees to Mahoney’s order review, shipping restriction, and cancellation terms.”
Ammunition may only be sold and shipped where lawful. Mahoney’s Outfitters does not sell or ship ammunition to restricted locations, including but not limited to: Alaska, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Illinois, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, Vermont, Washington, D.C., the City of Chicago, P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, freight forwarders, hotels, package-forwarding services, or any other location where shipment is prohibited by law, carrier policy, or Mahoney’s Outfitters policy.
All ammunition orders require a valid physical shipping address and are subject to age, identity, address, fraud, and compliance verification. Ammunition will only be shipped through approved carriers and approved ammunition shipping methods.
By placing an ammunition order, the customer certifies that they are legally permitted to purchase, possess, and receive ammunition under all applicable federal, state, and local laws. The customer is responsible for knowing and following the laws in their jurisdiction.
Mahoney’s Outfitters reserves the right to refuse, cancel, hold, or delay any ammunition order at our discretion, including orders with restricted, unverifiable, incomplete, suspicious, or noncompliant shipping information.
